TULA consulting is seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Functional Consultant to contribute to a major HR digital transformation using Oracle HCM Cloud. The role involves translating HR requirements into cloud solutions and supporting Learning, Skills & Mentoring configurations.

• 5–7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/Functional Consultant.
• Experience with Oracle HCM implementation and configuration.
• Solid knowledge of HR processes and HR information systems.
• Experience with requirements gathering, gap analysis and functional design.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Functional Consultant with strong Oracle HCM Cloud expertise to contribute to a major HR digital transformation initiative.

🔎 What you’ll be doing

✅ Analyse HR business requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM Cloud solutions

✅ Support the implementation and configuration of Learning, Skills & Mentoring functionalities

✅ Gather and document business and functional requirements

✅ Perform process and gap analysis

✅ Design functional workflows and HR processes

✅ Work closely with HR, business and technical stakeholders

✅ Support functional testing, validation and troubleshooting

✅ Help drive successful adoption of the new HR platform

🎯 What we’re looking for

🔹 5–7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant or similar
