Capgemini Belgium is seeking a Senior Technical HCM Consultant to drive end-to-end HRIS implementations and evolutions. You will blend hands-on development with technical leadership, collaborating with customers across cloud and on‑premise solutions, including Oracle Cloud HCM, SAP and PeopleSoft.

The role requires at least five years of ERP/HCM experience, strong SQL skills, and proficiency in Java, Python or JavaScript.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years in a technical HCM/ERP delivery role.
• Expertise in SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud, SAP or PeopleSoft.
• Proficient in Java, Python or JavaScript.
• Strong API, middleware, ETL and data migration experience.
• Fluent English and Dutch or French.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery of HRIS implementations.
• Blend hands-on development with technical leadership and customer collaboration.
• Configure cloud infrastructure and on-premises components.
• Design integrations and data migrations.
• Advise customers and shape project roadmaps in a hybrid environment.
