JH Partners in the Brussels area seeks a Senior Group Controller to drive monthly performance reviews and build reporting templates with the Group Reporting team. You will combine finance, HR and real estate inputs to explain deviations and implement corrective actions.

We value 5–9 years in international groups, a Master’s degree in a relevant field, and fluent English; Dutch or French is a plus. The role includes coaching a junior controller and a comprehensive benefit package.

Qualifications

• 5–9 years in Business Controlling, FP&A or Financial Consulting in an international group.
• First team leadership responsibility and relevant multinational exposure.
• Fluent English; French or Dutch is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Drive the Group's monthly performance review and explain deviations.
• Challenge results and follow corrective plans through to outcomes.
• Rebuild the reporting toolkit with templates, dashboards and KPIs.
• Turn numbers into a story for senior management to act on.
• Lead one junior controller with development and coaching.
