Job summary

AManco S.A., an Arendt group entity, seeks a Senior Officer – Legal & Corporate Governance to lead governance delivery and company secretarial services. You will coordinate Senior Management, committees and the Board, prepare governance packs and minutes, and maintain governance policies while supporting audits and regulatory matters.

The role requires a law degree and at least five years in a regulated financial environment, with fluent English and French, strong drafting and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Academic degree in Law, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of governance, legal, company secretarial or paralegal experience in a regulated financial environment.
• Fluent in English and French; additional languages a plus.
• Excellent drafting, communication and organizational skills, with ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Support high-quality corporate governance and company secretarial services.
• Organize and coordinate meetings of Senior Management, Committees and the Board.
• Prepare agendas, packs, minutes and governance documentation.
• Follow-up on decisions and action items from governance meetings.
• Maintain and update governance policies and internal documentation.
• Support governance and internal control framework improvements.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and regulatory assessments.
• Assist on legal, regulatory and sustainability matters as needed.
• Liaise with board members, auditors, regulators and internal stakeholders.
