SOFICO in Ghent, Belgium, is seeking a Senior Go Backend Engineer to help evolve Miles Enterprise configurations through modern, self-service tooling and support broader backend engineering. You will design, build and maintain Go-based services, APIs, and integrations, collaborating with product owners and consultants to translate complex needs into reliable solutions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional Go experience.
• Experience building REST APIs and microservices.
• Strong testing and database skills.

Responsabilités

• Design, build and maintain backend services in Go with a focus on reliability and performance.
• Lead the evolution of configuration management and self-service tooling.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, engineers and consultants to translate complex requirements into reliable solutions.
• Own broader backend engineering challenges across the Miles Enterprise platform as the team grows.
• Share knowledge and help shape engineering practices at SOFICO.
