Job summary

Sia, a global management consulting group, is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to build GenAI applications and ensure real-world adoption. You will work at the intersection of data science, ML/platform engineering, and client delivery, turning insights into scalable, value-driven solutions.

You will design, deploy, and validate AI systems, benchmark models across stacks, and collaborate with partners like OpenAI and AWS. Hybrid work from Brussels or Antwerp is available.

Qualifications

• Grounding in computer science, AI, or related technical field with practical building ability.
• 2+ years of professional experience; strong LLM projects encouraged.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs in production or research: prompting, RAG, fine-tuning, evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement LLM-based systems: autonomous agents, RAG pipelines, workflow automation, and conversational interfaces.
• Integrate solutions into clients' environments (APIs, databases, business tools) with regulatory compliance.
• Ensure adoption by training users, winning sceptics over, and iterating until outcomes are realized.
• Communicate across engineers and executives to align on value and delivery.
