Accenture is seeking visionary Data Engineers in Belgium to lead digital transformation using Google Cloud, Generative AI, and advanced data pipelines. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience working in multicultural and inclusive teams.
• At least 3 years of enterprise consulting delivering AI-driven solutions on Google Cloud.
• 3–5 years designing and implementing AI pipelines on cloud platforms (preferably Google Cloud).
• Strong problem-solving mindset with leadership/advisory capabilities in client contexts.
• Experience with Agentic AI architectures and multi-agent orchestration (RAG, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Gen AI SDK).

Responsabilités

• Design and build advanced data pipelines on Google Cloud, integrating heterogeneous sources to feed models.
• Provide strategic consulting to clients and develop AI-driven solutions that drive growth and innovation.
• Lead innovative projects and coordinate multidisciplinary teams across stakeholders and technical experts.
• Collaborate with Accenture Google Certified Fellows and Google Cloud professionals to uplift skills.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives and guide AI adoption in client environments.
• Advise on Generative AI architectures and responsible usage of AI technologies.
