onetowin is seeking a Functional Test Analyst to support the evolution of its B2B digital sales channels and Salesforce CRM ecosystem. You will work within Agile Scrum teams to ensure new developments meet requirements and quality standards, integrating with existing applications.

You will collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts and Developers to validate solutions from an end-user perspective and contribute to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in manual/functional testing within Agile delivery environments.
• Experience with CRM transformation projects is preferred.
• Knowledge of API testing and system integrations.
• Experience with web, mobile, and UX testing as part of QA.

Responsabilités

• Analyze business and functional requirements.
• Design, create, and maintain test scenarios and test cases.
• Execute functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects using Jira.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and participate in Scrum ceremonies.
