Adjugo in Brussels is seeking a dedicated Business Process Analyst to support INAMI-RIZIV ICT and data services with a social impact. You will analyze current processes, define future states, and turn requirements into clear project definitions for implementation.

In this hybrid role, you will host stakeholder workshops, map as-is and to-be processes, and ensure delivered solutions align with business agreements. Brussels office attendance is required at least twice weekly.

Arrangements: Full time, 40 hours/week; hybrid with at least two office days per week in Brussels; telework only within Belgian borders; flexible working hours 07:30-20:00 with core hours 09:00-12:00 and 13:00-16:00.

Support INAMI-RIZIV in defining business processes for ICT and data services with a social impact. Analyze how processes operate today and how they should operate in the future. Work at the early stages of projects to turn business needs into clear project definitions. Apply the organization's existing standards and methodology.

Organize and lead meetings and workshops with business stakeholders. Gather information and map business processes in a way that reflects organizational needs. Prepare precise documents and deliverables that analysts can directly use to implement solutions. Continue checking that implemented solutions correspond to what was agreed with the business.

The engagement is full-time and hybrid in Brussels, with at least two days per week on site. Remote work must be carried out within Belgium, and flexible working hours are available within a 40-hour week. The environment offers access to public transport, bicycle and car parking, and a company restaurant. Self-development and learning platforms are available, with training outside working hours.
