Fujitsu in Brussels is seeking a freelance Senior Functional Analyst to support an ICT and Data project. You will analyse business processes and translate needs into functional requirements, document current and future states, and facilitate workshops.

You will work with stakeholders and development teams to ensure solutions align with requirements and methodologies. The role offers a hybrid arrangement with 50% remote work and a 40-hour week, with modern offices and good transport access.

Responsibilities

• Organise and facilitate meetings and workshops to understand, analyse and map business processes
• Document business processes and functional requirements in a clear and structured manner
• Produce functional documentation that can be directly used by technical teams for solution implementation
• Ensure that the delivered solution aligns with the business requirements and agreed functional design throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to assess business needs and the wider impact of proposed solutions
