ITproposal is seeking a Senior Functional Analyst in Brussels for a hybrid role (2 days on-site, 3 days remote). You will own all functional design phases within an Agile environment, bridging business stakeholders and technical teams to translate complex requirements into robust software solutions.

You will lead requirements gathering, analyses, and design deliverables, while collaborating with developers and architects to ensure functional feasibility and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to analyse and abstract complex domain logic quickly.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Strong UML and BPMN modeling skills; experience with Jira and Confluence.

Responsabilités

• Stakeholder management with business users, PMs, technical leads and partners.
• Gather, analyze and validate as-is and to-be requirements.
• Create functional analyses, system mappings, user flows and designs.
