AFD.Tech part of Accenture is seeking a Functional Analyst in Brussels for bridging business needs and technical delivery in a complex environment. You will collaborate with stakeholders, product teams, and developers to translate requirements into functional specs.

Responsibilities include analysis of processes, maintaining documentation, supporting UAT, and ensuring functional quality across the product lifecycle using UML/BPMN, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years as a Functional Analyst or similar role.
English C1 level; Dutch or French bilingual is a plus.
Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in IT, engineering, or business analysis.
Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication.
Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
Experience in large-scale or complex environments is an asset.

Responsabilités

Conduct functional analysis and translate business needs into specifications.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure functional consistency.
Define and maintain functional documentation, workflows, and user journeys.
Support UAT and validate deliverables with business stakeholders.
Analyze processes and provide functional expertise to developers/testers.
Participate in backlog grooming and design sessions.
Perform functional testing, defect classification, and root-cause analysis.
Identify enhancements and optimization opportunities; use UML/BPMN and user stories.
