Keystone Solutions in Belgium seeks a senior functional analyst to reinforce our transformation program on a client site.

You will lead stakeholders, capture and validate business needs, translate them into functional designs and ensure end-to-end delivery. The role is a long-term consultancy with potential extension; homeworking is possible three days a week; English and one national language (French or Dutch) are required.

Qualifications

Strong functional and business analysis skills.
Excellent written and spoken communication with business and development teams.
Customer-oriented, solution-focused and adaptable to changing contexts.
Ability to abstract complex material and translate needs into solutions.
Familiar with AGILE/SCRUM methodologies and collaborative work.
Good knowledge of APIs, mappings and business models for analyses.

Responsabilités

Build long-term relationships with business stakeholders and project partners.
Identify, analyze and validate existing processes and user needs.
Translate requirements into functional designs and system specifications.
Collaborate with developers to validate designs and translate into technical specs.
End-to-end oversight of new functionalities from conception to delivery.
Produce documentation across project stages (requirements, data model, test plans).
Work with project managers and juniors to refine solutions and report status.
