Keystone Solutions is seeking an IT Functional Analyst to work on a Brussels-based consultancy mission. You will analyse payment products and translate business needs into functional specs for development and testing, collaborating with cross functional teams.

You will contribute to architecture alignment, ensure security standards, and support releases in an agile context, balancing on-site client work with remote tasks across projects.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience as a Functional Analyst.
• Functional and technical knowledge of IT systems.
• Knowledge and experience in building Swagger APIs.
• Knowledge and experience of banking and payment products.
• Experience in process analysis of payments requirements.
• Knowledge of analysis methodology.
• Practical experience with Scrum (preferable).
• Basic Dutch, mandatory French and English language skills.
• Bachelor or master’s degree in Computer Science.
• Expectation: 50% on site & 50% homeworking.

Responsabilités

• Participate in analysis, design, development, integration, testing, and support of payment products using Java technology within an international squad.
• Identify business requirements and map out possible solutions for integration into the enterprise production environment.
• Accompany business analysts and clients in solution reflection, proposing enterprise-aligned alternatives.
• Ensure client adoption of enterprise rules and standards regarding architecture and security.
• Collaborate with architects to establish architecture and refine requirements into Features and User Stories.
• Coordinate asset teams to ensure unified understanding of client needs.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical requirements for developers and test engineers.
• Specify requirements with technical teams and follow up on development and testing to ensure coherence.
• Provide production support, analyze incidents, coordinate solutions, and maintain documentation.
• Work in an agile context, combining preparation, elaboration, and construction in sprints.
