DynaFin Consulting is seeking an experienced Functional Analyst – Data Migration to support a major transformation in the insurance sector. You will bridge business and IT by analyzing migration requirements and translating them into functional solutions, ensuring high-quality data migration from source to target systems.

The role requires at least 5 years as a Functional/Business/Data Analyst, with strong SQL, data analysis and validation skills, experience with data migrations or system

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or Data Analyst.
• Proven experience with data migration or system integration projects.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, data analysis, and data validation.
• Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently, take ownership, and proactively drive solutions.
• Comfortable working in complex environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with large-scale transformation programs is a plus.
• Knowledge of ETL processes or data migration tools is a plus.
