Our client is looking for an experienced functional analyst to support a modernization initiative focused on migrating several essential information tools that underpin critical business processes. The assignment requires someone who can clarify the current and future process landscape, facilitate collaboration with stakeholders, and help ensure the delivered solution aligns with business needs throughout the project lifecycle.

• Analyze business processes and document the current and target situation in a clear and structured way.
• Organize and facilitate workshops and meetings to gather the information needed to define the project properly.
• Produce the functional deliverables required to support solution design and implementation.
• Follow up during delivery to ensure the implemented solution remains aligned with the business requirements.

Profile

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach when leading workshops and discussions.
• Ability to analyze information critically and identify what is relevant for the process definition.
• Capacity to understand the broader impact of decisions across different parts of the organization.

Technical Skills

• Proven experience as a functional analyst.
• Confirmed knowledge of Agile / Scrum.
• Confirmed knowledge of BPMN.
• Confirmed knowledge of storytelling techniques.
• Confirmed knowledge of testing activities.
• Confirmed knowledge of UML.
• Confirmed knowledge of use cases.
• Confirmed knowledge of user stories.

Practical Information

• Languages required: Dutch, English, and French, with active knowledge in all three.
• This is a consulting opportunity.
