Verbolia is seeking a Senior .Net Developer to help us disrupt ecommerce. You will work in an agile environment, delivering high quality code and understanding business needs.

This is a hybrid role with 2 office days per week in Nivelles, Belgium; you will design, build, and deploy full-stack features using .NET and modern web technologies. You will collaborate with AI agents, shape workflows, and ensure code quality through reviews, tests and security checks, while driving AWS-based cloud

Competenze

• Senior developer with .NET (C#) experience.
• Full-stack capability with TypeScript, HTML/CSS and React or similar.
• Hands-on AWS and infrastructure as code experience.
• Strong MySQL relational database knowledge and software design.
• Experience with AI coding agents and verification of outputs.
• Understanding of MCP, tool calling and LLM APIs; ability to build integrations.
• Fluent English; autonomous, curious and pragmatic.
• Good team player.

About the job

Verbolia is looking for a Senior .Net Developer to help us disrupt ecommerce. We are looking for an experienced developer, ready to work in an agile environment with the latest technologies, not only able to produce quality code, but also willing to understand our business and capable of challenging requirements in a constructive way.

This is a hybrid position: 2 days in the office (Nivelles, Belgium) per week

Tasks

• Own full-stack features end to end, back end and front end: design, build, test, deploy and monitor, with .NET 10
• Work agent-first: AI agents (Claude Code, agentic workflows) write most of the code, while you specify, orchestrate, review and ship
• Help shape how the team works with agents: context, conventions, tooling
• Keep long term quality high when code is AI-generated, through reviews, automated tests and security checks
• Build MCP servers and integrations that let AI agents work with our platform
• Design and evolve cloud-native services on AWS, with infrastructure as code (AWS CDK, TypeScript)
• Drive refactoring and technical improvements, not only new features

Requirements

• Solid experience as a senior developer with .NET (C#) and modern practices
• Full-stack: comfortable on the front end (TypeScript, HTML/CSS, React or a similar framework)
• Hands-on experience with AWS and infrastructure as code
• Strong grasp of relational databases (MySQL) and software design / architecture
• Real, regular use of AI coding agents and a clear view of their limits: you can show how you get good results and how you verify what they produce
• Understanding of how AI agents connect to systems (MCP, tool calling, LLM APIs), and the drive to build these integrations
• Fluent English; autonomous, curious and pragmatic
• Good team player

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience building MCP servers or similar AI integrations
• Elasticsearch or OpenSearch
• AWS CDK specifically, CI/CD and observability tooling
