Rhox in Brussels seeks a Java/Angular developer to build backend Java services with Spring Boot and frontend Angular modules for child welfare and vaccination workflows. The role emphasizes offline support, persistence (IndexedDB) and robust testing.

You will work across a service-oriented stack (Java 8/JEE7 to Java 21, Spring Boot, JPA, REST/OpenAPI, Angular 21, NgRx, DB2/MySQL) and participate in SCRUM, code reviews, and controlled deployments. Fluency in French is required for this mission.

Qualifications

• Translate functional requirements into Java backend and Angular frontend components.
• Collaborate with analysts, leads, testers, and other developers.
• Ensure offline behaviour and persistence with IndexedDB, Dexie and Service Worker.
• Maintain unit and integration tests with JUnit and Mockito.
• Participate in code reviews, refactoring and controlled deployments.

Responsabilités

• Shape technical designs for new and evolving features.
• Deliver backend Java services and frontend Angular modules for child records, appointments, prenatal follow-up and vaccination workflows.
• Protect reliability with unit and integration tests and defect fixes.
• Improve maintainability with clean code, refactoring and debt reduction.
• Prepare and promote releases through environments using Docker-based CI/CD.
• Coordinate with SCRUM team and document decisions affecting delivery.
