Michael Page is seeking a Freelance Client Project Manager/Lead in Belgium to drive delivery of a Shopify Plus B2B transformation across 31 markets. You will own the integrator delivery plan, sprint cadence and the go-live sequence, translating the Product Owner backlog into concrete delivery plans.

You will manage systems integrators, coordinate ecommerce domains, and oversee RAID, risk and dependency management across PIM, DAM, CRM and ERP streams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading complex digital/eCommerce platform deliveries at senior PM or Principal level.
• Proven track record managing systems integrators, sprint planning, release governance, and delivery escalations.
• Strong knowledge of Shopify Plus B2B, including Companies, Company Locations, Contacts, price lists and Shopify Flow.
• Solid understanding of B2B eCommerce: pricing, VAT/tax, credit limits, quotes, returns and loyalty.
• Strong stakeholder management with experience coordinating UAT, defect triage and sign-off.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own the integrator delivery plan, sprint cadence and release roadmap.
• Translate the Product Owner's backlog into delivery plans and commitments.
• Manage the systems integrator relationship, delivery progress and escalations.
• Coordinate ecommerce domains including catalogue, pricing, checkout, payments, accounts and loyalty.
• Drive customer registration and VAT validation flow, including Shopify Flow, VIES and ERP synchronisation.
• Manage RAID, risks and dependencies across PIM, DAM, CRM and ERP workstreams.
• Own the 31-market go-live sequence, including localisation of language, currency, VAT, payments, shipping and returns.
• Coordinate UAT, test environments, defect triage and business sign-off.
