Michael Page International Belgium is seeking a Freelance Client Project Manager/Lead to own the integrator delivery plan, sprint cadence and release roadmap for a major Shopify Plus B2B transformation across 31 markets.

You will translate the Product Owner's backlog into delivery plans, manage systems integrator relationships, and coordinate domains from catalogue to loyalty, including VAT validation and ERP synchronization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience leading complex digital/eCommerce platform deliveries at senior PM or Principal level.
• Proven track record managing systems integrators, sprint planning, release governance and delivery escalations.
• Strong knowledge of Shopify Plus B2B, including Companies, Company Locations, Contacts, Price Lists and Shopify Flow.
• Solid understanding of B2B eCommerce, including complex pricing, VAT/tax, credit limits, quotes, returns and loyalty.
• Fluent English; French is a plus; strong stakeholder management; UAT coordination and sign-off.

Responsabilités

• Manage RAID, risks and dependencies across PIM, DAM, CRM, Marketing and ERP workstreams.
• Own the 31-market go-live sequence, including localisation of language, currency, VAT, payments, shipping and returns.
• Coordinate UAT, test environments, defect triage and business sign-off.

About Our Client

Our client is an international B2B organisation undertaking a major digital transformation. The group is prioritising the implementation of a new Shopify Plus B2B eCommerce platform as its highest-urgency, customer-facing initiative.
The project covers a highly complex international storefront with approximately 60,000 SKUs, up to 500 variants, complex pricing structures and localisation requirements across 31 markets.

Job Description

As a Freelance Client Project Manager/Lead your responsibilities are:

• Own the integrator delivery plan, sprint cadence and release roadmap ;
• Translate the Product Owner's backlog into clear delivery plans and commitments ;
• Manage the systems integrator relationship, delivery progress and escalations ;
• Coordinate key eCommerce domains including catalogue, pricing, checkout, payments, accounts and loyalty ;

The Successful Applicant

A successful Freelance Client Project Manager/Lead should have:

• 8+ years' experience leading complex digital/eCommerce platform deliveries at senior PM or Principal level, ideally in Shopify Plus B2B ;
• Proven track record managing systems integrators, sprint planning, release governance and delivery escalations ;
• Strong working knowledge of Shopify Plus B2B, including Companies, Company Locations, Contacts, Price Lists and Shopify Flow ;
• Solid understanding of B2B eCommerce, including complex pricing, VAT/tax, credit limits, quotes, returns and loyalty ;
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience coordinating UAT, defect triage and business sign-off ;
• Fluent English required; French is a plus ;
