Our client is an international B2B organisation undertaking a major digital transformation. The group is implementing a Shopify Plus B2B ecommerce platform as its highest-urgency, customer-facing initiative, covering 31 markets with localisation and ~60,000 SKUs.

As Freelance Client Project Manager/Lead you will own the integrator delivery plan, sprint cadence and release roadmaps; translate the Product Owner's backlog into delivery plans and commitments; manage the systems integrator

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-market ecommerce/programs.
• Strong ability to translate backlog into delivery plans and commitments.
• Proven track record in coordinating complex integrations and go-live events.

Responsabilités

• Own the integrator delivery plan, sprint cadence and release roadmaps.
• Translate Product Owner backlog into delivery plans and commitments.
• Manage systems integrator relationships, delivery progress and escalations.
• Coordinate ecommerce domains across catalogue, pricing, checkout, payments, accounts and loyalty.
• Drive VAT validation flow and ERP synchronisation; manage RAID and dependencies.

Our client is an international B2B organisation undertaking a major digital transformation. The group is prioritising the implementation of a new Shopify Plus B2B eCommerce platform as its highest-urgency, customer-facing initiative.

The project covers a highly complex international storefront with approximately 60,000 SKUs, up to 500 variants, complex pricing structures and localisation requirements across 31 markets.

Jobomschrijving

As a Freelance Client Project Manager/Lead your responsibilities are:

• Own the integrator delivery plan, sprint cadence and release roadmap ;
• Translate the Product Owner's backlog into clear delivery plans and commitments ;
• Manage the systems integrator relationship, delivery progress and escalations ;
• Coordinate key eCommerce domains including catalogue, pricing, checkout, payments, accounts and loyalty ;
• Drive the customer registration and VAT validation flow, including Shopify Flow, VIES and ERP synchronisation ;
• Manage RAID, risks and dependencies across PIM, DAM, CRM, Marketing and ERP workstreams ;
• Own the 31-market go-live sequence, including localisation of language, currency, VAT, payments, shipping and returns ;
• Coordinate UAT, test environments, defect triage and business sign-off ;
