Amplifon Belgium is seeking a Finance Planning & Analysis Senior Specialist to join the Belgium Finance team with potential to grow within the company locally or internationally. You will report to the Financial Director and provide insights to support management decisions.

You will oversee monthly/quarterly closing, perform analyses to drive growth, and help build the three-year business plan and budgets. Fluency in English is required; French and/or Dutch are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 - 5 years of experience within a Financial Planning & Analysis, Controlling, or Finance function.
• Proven experience operating in multinational organizations, with exposure to dynamic and fast-paced business environments.
• International experience or a strong international mindset is considered a plus.
• Fluent in English; French and/or Dutch language skills are a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the monthly and quarterly closing process and P&L construction.
• Manage the financial reporting to the local and EMEA management for both P&L and Balance Sheet.
• Support the business to reach its strategic and growth objectives by performing financial analyses.
• Lead and follow the monthly and yearly cash flow management process while optimizing working capital.
• Participate in constructing the 3-year Business Plan, Budget and Forecast.
• Establish and present standardized, business-focused reporting to the management team.
• Review internal processes, tools or methods and develop and implement improvements.
