Marsh Belgium is seeking an FP&A Specialist to join the Finance team. You will collaborate with business leaders to translate financial data into actionable insights and drive planning, forecasting and performance reporting.

The role requires strongExcel and Power BI skills, with ability to communicate complex information clearly and influence stakeholders across the business. You will contribute to governance and continuous improvement initiatives within finance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Three years of experience in financial analysis, management accounting, FP&A, or finance business partnering.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting knowledge.
• Experience working with non-finance stakeholders in a commercial/operational environment.
• Advanced Excel, Power BI and data visualization skills with financial systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Partner with business leaders to provide financial insight, analysis, and commercial support.
• Coordinate annual budgeting and planning; prepare rolling forecasts and outlooks.
• Deliver regular management reporting with clear commentary on drivers and variances.
• Promote strong financial governance, data quality, and process improvements.
• Support month-end and quarter-end reporting; develop dashboards for decision-making.
