Jensen Hughes invites a Technical Leader to join our Belgium Fire Engineering team. You will combine hands-on fire protection engineering with selective commercial and client engagement responsibilities to deliver safe, compliant, and performant fire safety solutions.

You will mentor junior engineers, lead complex projects, and collaborate with design teams to meet client expectations and grow our business in Belgium.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in fire protection engineering or related consulting.
• Degree in fire engineering or a related discipline and strong project background.
• Fluent Dutch and English; French an advantage; willingness to travel within Belgium.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor engineers on fire protection projects and deliver technical excellence.
• Engage with clients, translate needs into compliant engineering solutions, and manage scope.
• Drive business opportunities while maintaining project financial targets.
• Prepare technical proposals and contribute to commercial submissions.
• Collaborate with design teams, building control, and fire service representatives.
