Johnson & Johnson Technology (JJT) seeks a strategic Deployment Manager to lead the global SAP S/4HANA deployment of the Transcend template in a regulated pharma setting.

You will coordinate deployment across Mobilization to Hypercare, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure timely, compliant release execution across regions and sites. Strong PM, ERP, and pharma compliance background required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, Supply Chain, or Finance.
• Minimum 8 years of related experience; 5+ years SAP; 5+ years Pharma experience.
• Experience in large ERP transformations within a regulated pharma environment.

Responsabilités

• Administer deployment activities across release phases: Mobilization, Solution confirmation, PI Execution, Testing, Cutover, Hypercare.
• Scale assets and processes to the new operating model; implement program templates and controls.
• Lead cadence, reporting, and risk management across program teams.
• Coordinate cross-program interdependencies and risk mitigations.
• Ensure coordination of Testing, Cutover, Hypercare workstreams per plan.
• Engage Ecosystem partners to align priorities and finalize plan.
