Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Manager Finance IT Deployment & Integration Lead to drive deployment, integration and adoption of Finance transformation solutions across the region. You will work at the intersection of business and technology to deliver SAP Finance / S/4HANA initiatives with global alignment.

You can be based in Belgium, Netherlands or UK and will work 3 days per week from a J&J office, leading a diverse, collaborative team through finance transformations.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience leading large-scale ERP deployments.
• 14+ years with SAP ECC6 FI/CO, S/4HANA Finance, Central Finance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Technical expertise in S/4 HANA, SAP Central Finance, Deployment and Cutover.
• Experience with data migration, governance, and enterprise deployment programs.

Responsabilités

• Lead deployment planning and execution for Finance transformation programs.
• Coordinate end-to-end integration across Finance, Supply Chain, HR and external systems.
• Manage cutover, hypercare, and stabilization activities.
• Partner with global program teams, vendors, and regional stakeholders.
• Provide governance, risk management and program execution oversight.
• Lead a global team of finance technology and deployment professionals.
