ENTICO ICT in Belgium is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a diverse Finance Portfolio with SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA initiatives. You will drive business process improvements, finance transformation, ERP deployments, and governance across multiple projects from initiation to go-live.

The role requires strong delivery leadership, stakeholder management, and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, third-party vendors, and external partners to ensure on-time, within-budget project

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of project management experience delivering complex business and IT projects.
Proven experience managing Finance-related projects and transformation initiatives.
Strong knowledge of Finance processes and ERP environments (SAP preferably).
Experience managing cross-functional and international project teams.
Demonstrated experience in vendor and system integrator management.

Responsabilités

Lead multiple projects across the Finance portfolio, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, timeline, and quality expectations.
Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, resource plans, RAID logs, and governance documentation.
Apply established project management methodologies and governance standards across all initiatives.
Provide regular status reporting and executive updates to sponsors, steering committees, and senior leadership.
Ensure compliance with PMO standards, stage gate requirements, and delivery frameworks.
