Bruker is seeking a Senior Service Engineer (m/f/d) to join our Service team in Belgium. You will install FT-IR, FT-NIR, and Raman systems at customer sites, perform repairs, and train customers in software usage and calibration modeling.

You will act as the primary liaison between customers and Bruker, ensure installations meet specifications, and carry out preventive maintenance under service contracts. 80% travel is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years diagnosing and repairing analytical instruments and related systems.
• Excellent customer focus and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel ~80% and able to work in a customer-facing role; Dutch and English fluency.

Responsabilités

• Install FT-IR, FT-NIR, and Raman systems at customer sites with full functionality.
• Perform repair and maintenance on products at customer locations.
• Train customers in equipment operation and calibration modeling.
• Obtain customer acceptance and sign-off for installations and repairs.
• Serve as a communication link between customer and company to ensure satisfaction.
• Carry out preventive maintenance per service contracts.
• Maintain contact with customers to identify service needs and opportunities.
• Address customer inquiries related to products and services.
• Document field service activities, products, and services provided.
• Support networking of analytical instruments and integration with LIMS.
