Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead internal escalations and root-cause investigations for complex issues across multiple ASM toolsets.
• Diagnose system interactions across mechanical, electrical, software, and process-integration domains.
• Mentor peers on advanced diagnostic strategies and troubleshooting protocols.
• Coordinate escalations, quantify technical risk, and prevent recurrence while balancing production pressure.
• Draft upgrade proposals spanning multiple fabs and align with customer needs.
