ASM in Leuven, Belgium, invites a Senior Process Engineer to join the Corporate Research & Development Team. You will learn, grow and bring your expertise in chemistry, materials science and process engineering to develop groundbreaking epitaxy innovations from idea to integrated process flows.

Collaborating across ASM sites and with customers, you will translate complex data into pragmatic solutions, drive demonstrations and support technology transfers to ensure value creation.

Qualifications

• PhD in physics, chemistry, chemical engineering or materials science is required.
• Experience with epitaxy techniques (RPCVD, MOCVD, MBE) and characterization methods is highly desirable.
• Strong ability to communicate across teams and stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Research, develop and optimize epitaxy processes for Si/SiGe materials.
• Drive experiments, measurements and conclusions from complex data sets.
• Collaborate with ASM and customer R&D teams to define requirements and execute projects.
