Wlgroup is seeking a senior network engineer to design, implement and operate complex enterprise networks. You will mentor junior engineers, lead migrations and respond to major outages, while ensuring high availability across LAN, WAN and data centres.

You will manage daily operations, capacity planning and lifecycle work, and develop automation with Python or Ansible to reduce repetitive tasks. Strong CCNP-level expertise and routing/switching skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of hands-on enterprise network engineering and operations.
• CCNP Enterprise or equivalent certification.
• Strong routing and switching expertise: BGP, OSPF, STP.
• Experience mentoring engineers and leading projects.

Responsabilités

• Design, implement and maintain complex enterprise network infrastructure to CCNP-level practice.
• Run daily network operations, capacity planning, upgrades and lifecycle work.
• Configure, optimise and troubleshoot routing and switching - BGP, OSPF, STP.
• Keep LAN, WAN and data centre networks available, redundant and fast.
• Monitor network health with Splunk and other platforms, and build dashboards, alerts and reports.
• Analyse logs to identify risk before it leads to an incident.
• Build automation in Python or Ansible for provisioning and repetitive tasks.
• Lead incident response on critical outages and coordinate stakeholders.
