Spektrum in Belgium seeks a Senior Network Engineer with CCNP Enterprise to design, implement, and operate complex enterprise networks in Braine-l’Alleud. You will lead routing and switching, data centre networking, and incident resolution, ensuring high availability and performance.

You will mentor junior engineers, develop automation with Python/Ansible, and drive network projects, migrations, and lifecycle improvements while coordinating with stakeholders and adhering to strict security

Qualifications

• CCNP certification is required.
• 7+ years of hands-on enterprise network engineering and operations.
• Experience with BGP, OSPF, and STP.
• Strong routing, switching, and data centre networking capabilities.
• Experience with network monitoring tools and incident management.

Responsabilités

• Design, implement, and maintain complex enterprise network infrastructure.
• Manage daily network operations, capacity planning, upgrades, and lifecycle activities.
• Configure, optimize, and troubleshoot routing and switching technologies (BGP, OSPF, STP).
• Monitor network health with Splunk and other platforms.
• Lead network migrations, expansions, and technology rollouts.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
