Energy Pool Belgique seeks a Sales Engineer (F/M) to drive growth in the Netherlands and Belgium. You will identify prospects, present our energy solutions, and build long-term relationships with engineering offices and internal technical experts.

You will travel frequently (about 30%) to regional and national levels, negotiating technically and commercially, and managing CRM-driven project tracking.

Qualifications

• Degree from an engineering school or business school.
• Strong interest in technical energy topics.
• Comfortable in industrial/renewable environments.
• Minimum 5 years in B2B business development.
• Strong prospecting and client retention skills.
• Comfortable negotiating technically and commercially.
• French would be a plus.
