Comate Engineering & Design in Leuven is seeking a talented junior electronics design engineer to contribute to the development of innovative hardware from concept to production.

You will join a multidisciplinary team, design PCBs with Altium Designer, work on digital and analogue electronics, manage suppliers, and help deliver high-quality, on-time solutions for diverse clients. This role rewards hands-on pragmatism and a collaborative spirit in a fast-growing design studio.

Qualifications

• A higher degree in Engineering (Electronics or similar).
• Experience in interdisciplinary hardware development, ideally in a design/engineering environment.
• Experience designing a PCB and using Altium Designer.
• Solid knowledge of digital and analogue electronics.
• Hands-on, pragmatic approach with demonstrated personal projects.

Responsabilités

• Design and engineer new hardware from ideation to prototyping and production start-up.
• Collaborate with suppliers and clients, discussing technical aspects as needed.
• Ensure quality, time and budget targets are met throughout the development cycle.
