Médiane Benelux in Belgium is seeking a Senior Embedded Software Architect to review and modernize a complex software architecture. You will focus on improving modularity, maintainability and scalability of embedded products within a demanding technical environment.

You will lead and mentor developers, promote design standards, and participate in architecture reviews while guiding large legacy systems toward sustainable targets. Fluent French and on-site presence four days per week are required.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical background.
• At least 10 years of experience in embedded software development and architecture.
• Strong expertise in C++.
• Solid knowledge of Real-Time Linux environments.
• Good understanding of software design patterns and modular architecture.
• Experience with UML and/or SysML.
• Proven experience working with large-scale legacy software systems.
• Strong coaching, mentoring and technical leadership skills.
• Able to communicate complex architectural decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent French.
• On-site presence at least four days per week.

Responsabilités
