Médiane Benelux is seeking a Test Strategy Engineer to define and deploy a validation strategy for embedded software products and to work in a demanding environment with C/C++ on Real-Time Linux. You will ensure quality, traceability and reliability across projects.

Applicants should have 3–8 years in software testing, knowledge of verification, and experience in test strategy design; on-site presence four days a week is required. Fluency in French is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
• 3–8 years of experience in software testing, verification or validation.
• Good knowledge of requirements-based testing.
• Understanding of embedded software environments and V-Cycle development.
• Experience in defining or structuring test strategies.
• Analytical, autonomous and well-organized.
• Knowledge of Jira, Polarion, DOORS, PTC or similar tools is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Define and structure verification approaches for high-level requirements.
• Analyze system and software requirements.
• Prepare test campaigns, scenarios and specifications.
• Ensure traceability between requirements, test execution and results.
• Work closely with software, system and validation teams.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing methods and processes.
