Médiane Benelux is seeking an Embedded Software Engineer to strengthen its automotive-focused teams in Belgium. You will specify, design, develop, and document software functionalities for critical systems, working closely with the V&V team to define tests and ensure quality.

In a highly technical environment, you will collaborate with system and application software teams, contribute to continuous improvement, and apply expertise in embedded hardware/software, AUTOSAR, and automotive standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of embedded software development experience.
• Strong understanding of embedded hardware/software systems.
• Experience with AUTOSAR configuration.
• Familiarity with automotive development standards (ASPICE).
• Good understanding of software architecture principles.
• Experience with static and dynamic code analysis.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Ability to produce and maintain high-quality technical documentation.

Responsabilités

• Specify, design, develop, and document software functionalities.
• Develop new software components and maintain existing products.
• Work closely with the Software Verification & Validation (V&V) team to define test specifications and write test cases.
• Collaborate with system and application software teams to solve complex technical challenges.
• Assist in diagnosing and resolving software-related issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and technical solutions.
