Job summary

Pegasus Group is seeking a Project Manager E&I in the Antwerp region to lead complex electrical and instrumentation projects from quoting through delivery. You will own the project plan, budget, schedule, and safety, coordinating engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning with clients and internal teams.

The role demands a technical bachelor or master in E&I or related field, with proven experience in chemistry/petrochemistry environments.

Qualifications

• Must have technical degree in electrical engineering or similar with relevant project management experience in E&I
• Experience managing complex industrial projects in chemical/petrochemical environments.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of E&I projects from quotation to handover.
• Create and monitor project plans, milestones, resources and budgets.
• Coordinate site execution, procurement, and subcontractors.
• Engage with clients on planning, technical decisions and progress.
• Ensure quality, safety, and financial objectives throughout the project.
