Mansource is seeking an Profile Supervisor E&I to coordinate and supervise E&I activities on a large-scale petrochemical project in Antwerp. You will oversee contractors, monitor site progress, and ensure work is carried out safely and in line with quality and project requirements.

Working closely with construction, mechanical, commissioning, and planning teams, you will keep complex site activities aligned and moving forward, ensuring HSE standards are met and commissioning support is provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience as an E&I Supervisor in a similar role within a refinery or petrochemical/chemical plant.
• Extensive experience supervising E&I installation activities on large-scale industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and instrumentation installation, testing and commissioning.
• Strong leadership, communication and coordination skills with a hands-on approach.
