HIVE Consultancy seeks an experienced E&I Supervisor for a petrochemical site in Antwerp. You will supervise and coordinate construction activities within your discipline to ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective project execution, and act as the key liaison between contractors, vendors, project teams, and internal stakeholders.

You will monitor progress, review drawings and change requests, coordinate inspections and handover, participate in planning and HSE meetings, promote best engineering

Qualifications

• Experience supervising construction activities within an EI discipline.
• Ability to coordinate with contractors, vendors and project teams.
• Strong focus on safety, quality and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and coordinate construction activities within your discipline.
• Ensure works meet specifications, standards, quality and HSE rules.
• Act as liaison between contractors, vendors, project teams and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, identify risks/deviations, and implement corrective actions.
• Review drawings, change requests and contractor deliverables.
• Coordinate inspections, testing and handover activities; close punch lists.
• Participate in planning, progress, coordination, quality and HSE meetings.
• Promote standardization, continuous improvement and best practices on site.
• Report to the Construction Superintendent and support safe execution.
