Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Sr Director, Global Distribution Operations & Logistics to lead end-to-end global logistics and distribution networks across multiple sites and 3PL partners.

You will shape enterprise logistics strategy, oversee global transportation, and drive continuous improvement across a global network while delivering durable customer service and cost efficiency. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business administration, logistics, or a related field required; MBA preferred.
• Experience leading global logistics networks including air/ocean freight and multi-modal transportation.
• Operating expense budget ownership at or above $100M with P&L accountability.

Responsabilités

• Shape and execute enterprise logistics and distribution strategies across both company-run and 3PL-managed centers.
• Lead large, complex distribution operations with 10,000+ SKUs across multiple temperature modes.
• Provide strategic oversight and direct line leadership of global transportation operations (inbound, outbound, international, intercompany).
• Champion continuous improvement across distribution and logistics, standardizing processes and metrics.
• Lead global, matrixed teams through complexity and transformation of operating models.
• Manage global 3PL and carrier performance to drive efficiency and cost reduction.
• Drive distribution process optimization, digitalization, sustainability, and DBS-based improvements.
