Cytiva is seeking a Direct Sourcing Specialist to oversee global sourcing strategy in their Single Use Technologies Business Unit, located in Hoegaarden, Belgium. This on-site role will involve managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and supporting site buyers to meet cost-out targets.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 2 years of experience in supply chain or procurement, with a proven record in global sourcing strategies and supplier relationship management. Opportunities to impact sustainability in the supply chain will be part of the role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in supply chain or procurement role.
• Experience developing and maintaining global sourcing strategies.
• Proven experience in tactical procurement.

Responsabilités

• Create, update and maintain global sourcing strategy for 1-2 categories.
• Support site buyers and quality team with supplier escalations.
• Negotiate pricing and contract language with key suppliers.
• Drive sustainability across supply chain.
