Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Director, Head of EMEA Emerging Markets Regulatory Affairs, based in Beerse, Belgium, or other eligible locations. Qualifications

• Advanced degree in science, health, pharmacy, medicine or related field.
• 15+ years in the pharmaceutical industry with Regulatory Affairs experience.
• Proven success leading regulatory strategy across multiple countries and product lifecycles.
• Strong Emerging Markets experience and understanding of regional laws and access considerations.
• Experience interacting with health authorities and representing the company at senior levels.
• Leadership of multicultural teams, talent development, and succession planning.
• Financial acumen with ability to manage budgets and long-range planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory strategy and execution across Africa, the Middle East, Türkiye and Russia, plus remaining Global Health Equity markets.
• Guide submissions, labeling, lifecycle management and evidence generation aligned to regional and country needs.
• Advise senior cross-functional leadership on regulatory risks, trade-offs and opportunities.
• Represent Regulatory Affairs in major portfolio, launch, and due-diligence decisions.
• Build and develop a high-performing regulatory organization across regions and countries.
