Job summary

OneSource Consulting is seeking a Programme Manager to lead a major digital transformation project for a Walloon heritage agency. You will align business needs with IT strategy, oversee governance, funding and program delivery.

You will coordinate cross‑functional teams across repositories, data publication portals, and external partnerships, ensuring coherence and timely execution. Experience in the public sector and complex systems, with strong budget and procurement oversight, is essential

Qualifications

• Experience in leading complex programs in the public sector.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple internal and external actors and governance bodies.
• Proven track record in budget management and public procurement.
• Strong understanding of enterprise information systems and architecture.
• Experience with ERP integrations and data publication workflows.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and change management skills.
• Fluent in French; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Governance and management of the programme, including vision, roadmap, phases and rollout waves.
• Lead governance bodies (COPIL and coordination committees) and manage risks and decisions.
• Coordinate workshops to understand heritage and archaeological processes; translate into functional blocks.
