Job summary

Novartis Belux in Belgium seeks a data-driven analytics and project management professional to lead digital innovation initiatives across marketing channels. You will co-create with stakeholders to build partnerships and ensure delivery of projects to KPI targets.

You will write clean code in Python, R, SQL and leverage cloud platforms, AWS/Snowflake is a plus. Collaborate with Brand teams, technical functions and Sales Operations for optimal resource allocation.

Qualifications

• Experience in cross-functional project management and analytics.
• Ability to write clean, efficient code in Python, R, SQL.
• Strong capabilities in data visualization and stakeholder communication.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Snowflake a plus).

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage detailed project plans and estimations.
• Coordinate with Brand teams and technical functions to ensure timely delivery.
• Provide analytics support and insights to sales and marketing teams.
• Develop and maintain dashboards (Power BI) and CRM data.
• Drive standardization of reporting across brands and channels.
