AT RECRUITMENT is seeking a DevOps Engineer for a fast-growing European fintech scale-up with its base in Antwerp. You will own cloud infrastructure and empower the SaaS platform and AI solutions, collaborating with a small DevOps team and reporting to the CTO in a hybrid setup.

You will build and optimize Terraform-based infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines with GitLab/GitHub, and Kubernetes deployments using Argo CD.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in DevOps or Platform Engineering.
• Strong experience with GCP and cloud infrastructure.
• Hands-on Kubernetes, Terraform and Argo CD/GitOps experience.
• Proficient CI/CD with GitLab or GitHub.
• Strong scripting skills, especially Python; Bash or TypeScript helpful.
• Solid understanding of security and compliance in fintech environments.

Responsabilités

• Manage and evolve cloud infrastructure with Terraform.
• Build and optimise CI/CD pipelines with GitLab or GitHub.
• Manage Kubernetes workloads via GitOps and Argo CD.
• Work primarily with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), with exposure to AWS/Azure/IBM Cloud.
• Support developers with debugging, deployments and technical issues.
• Contribute to a secure and reliable infrastructure in a regulated fintech environment.
• Participate in on-call responsibilities during office hours.
• Foster an AI-native way of working with automation and tooling.
