Oper, a European Fintech, seeks an AI-native DevOps Engineer to own and evolve the cloud infrastructure behind Herman and our SaaS product. You’ll build pipelines, manage Kubernetes workloads, and implement infrastructure as code in a regulated, security-first environment on sovereign EU infrastructure.

You’ll lead CI/CD pipelines, ensure audit-ready security, and collaborate with developers to keep the platform fast, reliable and scalable across Europe.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of DevOps or platform engineering in production.
• Strong cloud experience with GCP; multi-cloud is a plus.
• Experience managing Kubernetes, Terraform and Argo CD.
• Proficient with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab or GitHub).
• Solid scripting skills (Python; Bash/TS welcomed).
• AI-native mindset and security/compliance awareness.

Responsabilités

• Own and evolve the cloud infrastructure for Herman and SaaS product.
• Build and maintain pipelines, clusters, and infrastructure as code.
• Run Kubernetes workloads and deployments via GitOps (Argo CD).
• Manage cloud infra on GCP and IBM Cloud; multi-cloud is a plus.
• Provide debugging support and unblock deployments for developers.
• Own security/compliance and audit readiness for fintech environment.
• Participate in on-call duties to ensure system availability.
