Nexeo is looking for a DevOps Engineer (freelance or permanent) to join a multinational market leader in Belgium. You will maintain and improve IT systems, handle incidents, and support cloud migrations across Azure and AWS in a dynamic consultancy setting.

You will operate in an international environment with offices in several countries, collaborating with diverse teams and driving continuous improvement of agile IT operations. Fluency in English and Dutch is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in continuous improvement/Automation with Jenkins or similar CI systems.
• 3+ years with networking standards and technologies (TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, routing, firewalls, load balancers).
• Good understanding of premise system monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of Oracle database administration.
• Knowledge of WebLogic.
• 3+ years experience in Azure/AWS services; cloud migrations a plus.
• Practical experience with Git source control and GitHub.
• Understand DevOps practices.

Responsabilités

• Maintain & improve operational quality of the IT systems in scope.
• Incident & Problem management.
• Implementation of Technical Lifecycle and Security Requirements.
• IT Service Continuity Management (Prepare, Plan IT Emergency Exercises & Disaster Recovery Exercises).
• Maintain & Update technical documentation.
• Support the design and implementation of the cloud based architecture target picture of the IT systems in scope.
