Nexeo is looking for a Medior Back-End Java & Cloud Engineer in Belgium. You will design, develop and maintain back-end applications using Java and Spring Boot, and build REST APIs and microservices with a focus on scalable cloud-based solutions.

You will work with SAP and other enterprise systems, collaborate with analysts, product owners and stakeholders, and contribute to CI/CD and DevOps practices in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in back-end software development.
• Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Good knowledge of REST APIs, Microservices and SQL.
• Experience with Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS or GCP).
• Good understanding of Git, CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Experience with enterprise application integration.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop and maintain back-end applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop and maintain REST APIs and microservices.
• Contribute to cloud-based solutions and scalable architectures.
• Analyse requirements and translate them into robust software solutions.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle from design to deployment.
• Integrate applications with SAP and other enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, architects and stakeholders.
• Work with Sales and Customer Operations to deliver business-oriented solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug and optimize performance.
• Write clean, reusable code and participate in code reviews and testing.
• Support CI/CD and DevOps practices and Agile ceremonies.
