Agfa HealthCare in Ghent, Belgium, seeks a hands-on DevOps Team Lead to act as a player-coach, guiding the team while contributing as an engineer. You will drive cloud-native transformation, promote GitOps and DevSecOps, and ensure scalable, secure pipelines across development and deployment.

The role blends leadership with hands-on work in a fast-moving cloud-native environment. You will collaborate with software teams to improve developer experience, enforce security-by-design, and report

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering.
• 2+ years of leadership experience in a DevOps or software team.
• Strong expertise in CI/CD pipelines, automation, and infrastructure-as-code.
• Experience with Jenkins, Bitbucket, Gradle, and GitOps tools (e.g., ArgoCD, Flux).
• Solid background in cloud-native architectures and deployment strategies.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration.
• Understanding of DevSecOps practices and security automation.
• Excellent collaboration and cross-geo communication.
